Why is my printer not printing the whole page? How do I fix it?

  • For Macs connected wirelessly, HP suggested to “assign a manual IP Address” to your printer
  • Microsoft suggests connecting your printer to another computer to see if your printer works; they also suggest trying a different computer account, if you have more than one set up on your computer; run the “Fixit” tool in the troubleshooting section of Windows
  • Connect the data cable directly to your computer
  • Reduce the size of the file being sent to be printed off
  • Try a different data cord
  • Try a different USB port
