Some customers reflected that the new compatible was a bit small or short, and did not go all the way in. Due to the patent issue, we can’t copy everything from OEM products, including the shape, structure, etc; and because of the different design, the shape and size are different from the OEM. These are the fact that the new compatible cartridges are smaller or shorter than the OEM LC203.
But this would not be the cause which makes the compatible cartridges not fit their printer. New compatible cartridges need to be installed firmly, need more strength to put them into the cartridge slots than OEM’s. But be careful if the cartridge is really stuck on the way into the slot, please take it out, then install it again.
