Buying in bulk is not for everyone, however, there is a significant saving when buying in bulk to stock up printing supplies. It is the end of the year and your supply room may be getting low, depending on when you take inventory of what printing supplies you have on hand. One-stop shopping is a coveted thing. Consider shopping online to fill your office supply room. Here are our top five printing supplies to stock up for before the new year:

  1. Toner Cartridges

Laser printers do not go through ink as fast as inkjet printers, therefore, if you bought toner at the beginning or even mid-year, then you may need to re-order before you run out. Toner cartridges come in 1-pack, 3-packs, 6-packs or 10-packs in some instances. Be sure you check out those savings when stocking up on year-end printing supplies.

  1. Inkjet Cartridges

For those of you with inkjet printers, Inkjet cartridges are also available in single packs or multi-packs. Determine your printing needs and make your choices wisely. Take advantage of Christmas and end-of-the-year sales.

  1. Paper

Everyone knows that you cannot print without toner ink or copy paper. Individual reams of paper end up costing more than a box of several reams of paper. If your budget can handle purchasing a box of paper, then you may do so with happy thoughts of the money you saved!

You may also want to get some colored paper to spice up your copying projects! Or even card stock paper for upcoming projects requiring sturdier paper, such as signs, place tags or table display tags.

  1. Labels

Every office needs to know where things are, right?  Labels are not only for file folders, binders and envelopes. Labels can be used to mark shelves, desk drawers and the office break room to lead people to the item they are hunting for; whether that be sugar, a spoon or a pencil.

  1. Printers

Certain printers have a limited shelf life. When a printer starts to malfunction, require costly repairs or seems to be at printer-death-door, then it might be time to consider investing in a new printer. We have many to choose from and are available to help you determine what you need when replacing an existing printer.

If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive free shipping on your first order. Otherwise, we offer free shipping on all orders over $49. Happy shopping and restocking!
