After you get credit rewards, you can use it for any future orders. All you need to do is to input the amount you wish to use in the “credit rewards” column. Please refer to the picture below.
Step 1, Check the box of “Click here to use all your credit rewards. ”
Step 2, Fill in the amount of credit rewards you wish to apply to the order. The amount should not exceed your credit rewards balance.

you don`t need to sign up for credit rewards program,if you already bought things from us, you will have your credit rewards in your account.Please check log in your account and check your store credit.

Just simply go to the shopping card and you will find out all the information there regarding to your credit award balance :p
It seems the folllowing statement under My Account / Credit Awards seems to indicate otherwise and is somewhat misleading:
“You now have $xx.xx credit rewards available. It will apply to your next order automatically when you check out. The credit rewards is not same as cash back, it only can be used for your next order. Thanks for your support!”

Je me suis procuré des cartouches d’encres rechargeables (avec coupon rabais) et je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait du rendement de ses cartouches. Il me reste encore 4 cartouches est-il possible de les échanger pour la marque originale de mon imprimante.

I had returned some items in the past and had some store credit. Recently I had placed an order using that store credit, and then changed my mind on the payment method and cancelled it to pay a different way. How long does it take for the store credit to be refunded?

Perhaps I’m blind, but I found, as Felix did, that there was no option on the payment page to claim the reward manually as you suggested. Why not simply automatically apply any rewards one has unless one can find where one can change the amount?
