I have an ‘HP Deskjet All-In-One Inkjet Printer F4435’ and am looking for the following Cartridges: HP 60 Black/Colour Combo Ink Pack , and
HP 60 Black Ink (CC640WC#140) , and
HP 60 Tri-Colour Ink (CC643WC#140) , which I was not able to find. At present I need the Combo Ink Pack. Please reply, thank you.

On July 2 2013 I contacted the offices of 123 Cartridges to request the return of two black ink cartridges that my printer would not recognize.
I spoke to a member of your staff named Danielle. She okayed the return of NH RC641W/bk and CC640W/bk . One each
Since my printer was not working and I would be unable to print a return authorization label, Danielle told me she would send me a replacement cartridge and the appropriate labels by regular mail.
I have not received any communication from your company and have not been able to use my printer. I trust that I can have immediate attention to this matter. I am a long-term customer of 123 Cartridges and hope that you will live up to your promise of satisfactory customer service.
